I first discovered Swine Moonshine + Whiskey Bar a few years. I was attending an event at the Newmark Theatre and my friend suggested stopping at Swine beforehand and I am ever so glad we did! Swine has become one of my favorite Portland Hot Spots. Located in the Paramount Hotel, the interior is upscale yet casual, the food is gourmet yet also a bit of comfort, and the drinks….well, the drinks are just amazing!
